Transport Grade ACP

With the increasing aesthetic requirements for high-speed rail and RV interiors, people's demands for comfortable environments on the road are also growing. At present, traditional spraying techniques and heat transfer printing methods cannot fundamentally solve the problems of color difference, scratch resistance, and weather resistance on the surface of profiles.

As the mainstream surface treatment method for current profiles, laminated profiles have good chemical stability and durability, and are widely used in high-speed rail and RV interiors spaces. From a mechanical perspective, they have extremely strong tensile strength, tear resistance, heat resistance, durability, and fire resistance.

Transport Grade ACP products are equally suitable for application scenarios such as commercial projects, residential interiors, hospital interiors, train stations, and public building interiors.

Transport Grade ACP can be classified into B1/FR grade and A2 grade based on the type of core material used.
