Building Grade ACP
Panel Master Building Grade ACP (Apex series) is one of our product series which is produced by composing two smooth 0.5mm thick aluminum (or other metal) sheets to a solid non-combustible or fire-retardant core through a high-temperature process. It is specifically designed to allow architects and designers to use ACM (ACP) as the preferred material for building facades while meeting the fire performance requirements outlined in the International Building Code (IBC).
Each panel is coated with PVDF paint in strict accordance with a 70/30 ratio (containing 70% polyvinylidene fluoride and 30% acrylic resin) to ensure maximum aging resistance and superior UV protection.
Building Grade ACP can be classified into B1/FR grade and A2 grade based on the type of core material used.

Panel Master A2 ACP non-combustible A2 is materials used for Composed with mineral-filled polymer fire retardant as core material,Composed with two sheets of aluminum alloy 3000 or 5000 series in large variety of colors such as PVDF solid/metallic colors or decorative film laminated.
Panel Master A2 ACP made with this technology have achieved world’s highest reaction to fire assistant standard “Class A2-s1,d0” when tested in accordance to European standard EN 13501-1,USA standard NFPA285.
